About Advanor
Advanor Klevan ENK is a Norway-based company providing consulting, project support, education and professional training across several areas of expertise.
Our activities range from business and project advisory to marketing, teaching, safety training and applied research. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to look at challenges from different perspectives and develop solutions adapted to the actual situation.
We work independently and in cooperation with other professionals and organisations, depending on the expertise and resources required for each assignment.
Svetlana Klevan
Founder · Marketing Consultant · Educator
Svetlana combines experience in marketing, brand and product development, communication and business consulting with her work in education.
Her professional approach is centred on understanding people — their needs, motivations and the way they communicate. She applies this perspective to marketing, business development and teaching, combining analytical thinking with structure, creativity and empathy.
Alongside her consulting work, Svetlana teaches Russian language and literature to bilingual children in Oslo.
Alexey Balabannikov
Project Manager · Consultant · Safety Instructor
Alexey brings extensive international experience in project management, engineering and commercial project delivery across energy, infrastructure and industrial environments.
His work combines technical and commercial project management, contract and supplier coordination, negotiations, risk management and business advisory.
Alongside his project and consulting activities, Alexey works with safety and preparedness training, focusing on practical risk awareness, emergency preparedness and resilience for individuals and organisations.
